Piacenza, October 20, 2015 – A positive prospect for the Fair Friend Group (FFG) as EMO 2015 came to the end. Exhibiting thirty-one machine tools from twenty brands worldwide, FFG successfully attracted over 3500 visitors. With a range of high performance innovations and customer services, the group received substantial number of orders for high projects from various industries.
This year, FFG hosted the largest booth of over 4,000 sqm area with thirty-one machine tools on display. In the interest of arranging visitors a comprehensive view of their technologies, twenty brands from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the USA, Taiwan, China and Korea, worked hand in hand to provide cutting edge solutions as well as specific industry knowhow through the display of machines and professional presentations. The Italian FFG members Jobs, Rambaudi, Sachman and Sigma presented new technologies, machines and systems in the areas of horizontal and bridge type milling machines and machining centres too. One of the highlights was the LinX, a linear-motor milling center, on which the entire process developed for composite machining in aeronautical applications was shown. Starting from the die machining to the part machining, tool management to the treatment of machining residues; LinX is a sophisticated and smart solution for the in-process optimization of the various operations. Furthermore, the exhibition also featured numerous premiere of newly developed machines such as Frazer from Sachman, SARA, a collaboration between SANCO and Rambaudi, and Compact 5A from Sigma. FFG offers solution for automotive, aerospace, and railway applications and focuses on the internationalization by means a wide range of machines, engineered turn-key solutions and services with high added value for most technological advanced markets. Accordingly, the companies received several orders as well as machines were reported to be sold on the show.
